The Big Sis/Little (Lil') Sis program matches older active members (Big Sis) in our chapter up with new members (Lil' Sis) every year after recruitment. The Big Sis serves as a mentor to her Lil' Sis and helps introduce her to the fun of sorority life through Tri-Delta. These special relationships are extremely important to Tri-Delta and our Gamma Rho chapter hosts several "Big/Lil Sis" events throughout the year.
